So here is my number one book recommendation for your summer reading lists. Whilst I don’t have the draw of Bill Gates and other influencers, I highly recommend “Not Doing – The art of effortless action” by Diana Renner and Steven D’Souza.

It is a beautifully designed book with great illustrations throughout that assist with the narrative and the flow of the book. From the start,

“…a leader must be busy.”

the book introduces us to concepts such as illusio, a phenomenon whereby individuals are invested in and taken in by the game and the fabulous leadership exercise “Hold everything” from Jill Hufnagel.

I am sure my network and clients will enjoy the content and messages whilst taking some well-deserved downtime over the summer.
