Executive Coaching

Do you need a new perspective on a challenge you're struggling with? Are you looking to make a greater impact as a leader?

Executive coaching uses business, interpersonal and research-based tools, combined with leadership experience, to help ambitious professionals, entrepreneurs, aspiring leaders and high-level executives answer their questions, and question their answers.

"Step out of the history that is holding you back. Step into the new story you are willing to create."

 - Oprah Winfrey

Making it happen

Individual coaching provides valuable time to think and reflect. A coach who can give you an objective outside perspective can add substantial value by providing challenging insights that the executive leaders are unlikely to obtain otherwise.

We employ a collaborative and pragmatic approach to coaching, one that calls upon the business, management, organisational, people and leadership experience gained from a career spanning over twenty years at top-tier professional service and financial services firms.

Typically, we work with clients who:

  • Want to obtain new perspectives on a challenge they have been struggling with.

  • Are looking to enhance their performance and impact, to become a more effective leader.

  • Are starting a new role and want to successfully transition, make a positive impact and quickly establish credibility.

  • Are transitioning between roles or organisations.

  • Want help analysing and evaluating issues and strategic options to improve decision-making.

  • Are looking to benefit from an independent and confidential sounding board.

Coaching Goals

The real value of coaching is conditional on the value of the goal(s). We might not need a boost in professional growth or that promotion at work, but that doesn’t mean it’s not remarkably important to us in achieving a worthwhile and fulfilling career. With this in mind, click the button below to download the five questions that will help provide clarity around your coaching goals.

Key roles provided by our coaching

We can help you solve real business issues. A great coach knows things that you don't and can help stress test your ideas and reduce the risk of repeating mistakes others have previously made.

We will be an independent and confidential sounding board. Having the time to think and reflect with someone outside your establishment's line management can be transformational.

We are someone that will say things that others cannot say and challenge you, perhaps by raising some uncomfortable truths or holding you accountable for what you did or did not do.

We provide an outside perspective that can help you see yourself as others see you, something driven people are often poor at doing.

We can help you identify and develop new skills to be more effective in your role.

I started working with Rob with the objective of improving the performance and culture of my team, and enhancing the quality of communication with my peers. Rob was instrumental in both helping identify specific issues that needed fixing, and helping me make practical changes. In particular, his stakeholder insights were particularly valuable as they helped me realise the gulf that existed between how I thought I was perceived and how I actually was. What I found particularly valuable was Rob has just the right balance between open-ended questions, and specific, actionable advice - as well as taking the time to really try to understand the feedback I'd received from others and help me understand it. I completed the sessions with a far better level of self-awareness and having put into place several concrete positive changes in my engagement style.
